1. General Terms

Welcome to BWACK. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Product Availability

The launch product is made to order. Availability depends on the selected blank, size and fulfilment destination. Notification signups are not orders or guaranteed stock reservations.

• Launch dates and availability will be announced on this site
• First come, first served basis
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer
• No guarantees on size availability

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices show their currency alongside the amount. Review the final price, taxes and shipping in Shopify checkout before paying. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

• Discount codes cannot be combined unless specified
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use Tapstitch for made-to-order production and fulfilment. Australian standard shipping is A$19.95 per order at launch. International delivery is not open yet. Production and delivery estimates are still being confirmed and must be provided before orders open.

• BWACK is not responsible for customs delays or fees
• Contact us promptly if your order is missing or damaged; this does not limit your statutory rights

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns from the date of delivery, including on our made-to-order hoodies. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with tags attached.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return
• Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns
• Email support@bwack.vip for return instructions before posting; do not send items directly to Tapstitch without instructions
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
• Exchanges are subject to availability
• Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law are not limited by the 30-day period or change-of-mind conditions. We provide the remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BWACK and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission
• The BWACK name and brand artwork must not be used without permission
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automated systems to purchase products
• Resell BWACK products for profit without authorization
• Engage in fraudulent activity; legitimate payment disputes and consumer rights are unaffected
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or BWACK staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

BWACK reserves the right to cancel orders and ban users who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Our voluntary return policy is in addition to those rights.

9. Modifications to Terms

BWACK reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
